Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at yucaipasunrooms.com and any services provided by Custom Yucaipa Sunrooms & Patios ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. Questions may be directed to contact@yucaipasunrooms.com.
By visiting our website, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at yucaipasunrooms.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Custom Yucaipa Sunrooms & Patios is a state-licensed sunroom contractor based in Yucaipa, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, four-season rooms, screen rooms, solariums, and related outdoor living structures for residential properties. All construction services are subject to a separate written contract signed by both parties before work begins. Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer to perform services.
All estimates provided by Custom Yucaipa Sunrooms & Patios, whether submitted online, by phone, or in person, are preliminary in nature and are not binding contracts. A final written quote will be provided after an on-site visit where we can assess the specific conditions of your property.
Pricing may change if the scope of work changes after the initial estimate is issued. Any changes to scope, materials, or timeline must be agreed upon in writing before work proceeds. We will notify you of any changes that affect the project cost and will not proceed with additional work without your written approval.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Material costs and labor rates are subject to change, and an estimate older than 30 days may need to be revised before a contract is executed.
Project start dates are scheduled after a signed contract and any required deposit have been received. Start dates are estimates and may be affected by permit review timelines, material availability, weather conditions, or circumstances outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes to you promptly.
Cancellation terms are set forth in your individual service contract. In general, if you cancel a project after a permit has been submitted or materials have been ordered on your behalf, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable after a specified period, as outlined in the written contract.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a project at our discretion before work begins. If we cancel, we will refund any deposits paid in full.
Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and accepted payment methods are defined in your individual written service contract. A deposit is typically required to secure your project start date and initiate the permitting process. Progress payments may be required at defined milestones during construction. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified in writing.
Late payments may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is resolved. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by California law. In the event of non-payment, we may pursue all legal remedies available, including placing a mechanic lien on the property as permitted under California law.
All construction work performed by Custom Yucaipa Sunrooms & Patios is carried out with the required permits from the applicable local building authority. We handle the permit application process on your behalf as part of our standard service. Permit fees are included in your project contract or itemized separately as a pass-through cost.
You are responsible for ensuring that your homeowners association, if applicable, approves any exterior additions before work begins. HOA approval is a separate process from city permits. We can assist you in understanding what your HOA may require, but ultimate responsibility for obtaining HOA approval rests with you as the property owner.
Specific warranty terms for completed construction work are set forth in your written service contract. Any workmanship warranty covers defects in the work we performed and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.
The information and content on our website are provided for general informational purposes only. We do not warrant that the website will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any information on the site is accurate, complete, or current.
Materials and products installed are subject to the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers. We will assist you in understanding and, where applicable, registering those warranties, but we are not responsible for manufacturer warranty fulfillment.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Yucaipa Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project to which the claim relates. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.
We prefer to resolve any disputes informally. If you have a concern about our services, please contact us directly at contact@yucaipasunrooms.com or (909) 679-6027 and we will work with you to reach a reasonable resolution.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes arising from a written service contract are subject to the dispute resolution procedures stated in that contract, which may include mediation or binding arbitration as required by California law for construction contracts. Disputes related solely to your use of this website may be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in California.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to alternative dispute resolution shall be brought in the appropriate courts of California.
